A finished deliverable
The engine renders a complete deliverable — Playbook, Workbook, Roadmap — from a single assessment result, in pure TypeScript. The four-step method now runs all the way through the Roadmap leg, not just to the gap.
changelog
A record of capability, not a commit log. Each entry is a thing the engine could not do before and can now. The version it landed in follows semver — a major bump signals a change to the five commitments and needs explicit approval.
The engine’s hardest claim — that its readings agree with organizations assessed formally by people — has a published standard it has not yet cleared. When it does, that will be the entry that matters most. Until then, the changelog says so.

An accountability loop with a sign-off chain; a parameters surface with clear scope resolution; a durable audit log with its own explorer; custom roles bounded by a privilege-escalation guard; governed option vocabularies with a never-strand-the-user escape.
First-run setup, invitations, and an editable permission matrix. The engine stops being a library and becomes something an organization can actually operate.
Sustainability passes the Tier-One calibration gate and reaches framework-calibrated — confirming the tier first reached by Cybersecurity, rather than advancing it. Two independent compasses, one standard.
Cybersecurity clears Tier-One calibration: anchor cases pass, marker weights are tuned, and the status travels with every measure. Calibration stops being a promise and becomes a recorded state.
Deterministic, stochastic, and composite modes land. The stochastic mode ships with citation extraction and the deterministic floor — evidence in, cited belief out, nothing concluded the floor won’t allow.
The contracts, the five commitments, and the four-step methodological skeleton — As-Is, To-Be, Gap, Roadmap. The opinions the engine would refuse to negotiate, written down before the first measure.
The full record of decisions behind these versions lives in the discipline behind the engine.
